Shipping processing

The delivery time within Germany (excl. islands) is 10 working days, express 2 working days. This applies to deliveries to Germany with standard shipping. For express delivery, a delivery time of 2 working days applies within Germany. Delivery times for other countries and information on calculating the delivery date see below.

After receipt of payment, we hand over the goods to our shipping partner. With payment method "advance payment" 1-2 working days can be added up to the receipt of payment and shipping date. 

If the furniture is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered. Individual agreements must be agreed with us by phone / email.

Our forwarding partner will contact you by phone to notify you of the delivery date. When ordering, you should therefore always provide a telephone number where you can be reached easily. For commercial customers with a company address as delivery address, delivery takes place without prior notification by telephone. Please understand that we have no influence on the time window specified by the forwarding agent, as this depends on the respective partner and their disposition. The regular delivery takes place from Monday to Friday "free curb". 

Delivery times within the EU depend on the region and are between 7 and 14 working days.

As soon as the goods have left our warehouse, we can no longer influence the delivery process. The freight forwarder will contact the customer to set a delivery date that is within 3 working days. If the customer cannot guarantee acceptance of the goods within this period, considerable costs will arise.

Delivery goods are delivered on one-way pallets. These are not taken back by the carrier and remain with the customer.

Shipping

From a goods value of 399.00 euros, delivery within Germany is free of charge. If your order value is lower, we charge a flat rate of 30.00 euros. For German islands, we charge a one-time surcharge of EUR 100.00 per shipment. On request, we also deliver to various EU countries, only mainland. We do not supply any other European island apart from Mallorca.

To calculate the shipping costs to other countries, fill the shopping cart with your desired products. Under "Edit shopping cart" select the option "Shipping costs". There you can define the destination country, type of payment and shipping. Possible discounts and additional shipping costs are immediately updated in the sales overview. Our forwarding partner will contact you by phone to notify you of the delivery date. When ordering, you should therefore always provide a telephone number where you can be reached easily. Please understand that we have no influence on the time window specified by the forwarding agent, as this depends on the respective partner and their disposition. The regular delivery takes place from Monday to Friday "free curb".

Individual orders for covers and tarpaulins are sent free of charge throughout Germany as an insured package by DHL. We charge a flat fee of EUR 20.00 per parcel for shipments to other European countries. Please note when ordering that the delivery times of packages within the EU can usually take up to 10 days.

Switzerland:

Please note that Swiss customs or the freight forwarder will charge you the import sales tax / Swiss VAT (currently 7.7%) on the total sales price. Depending on the value of the goods, import fees may apply for customs clearance, which the buyer must pay to the logistics company in advance. The costs for export clearance are already included in the shipping price. DHL shipping including customs clearance costs 50.00 euros.

Express delivery 69.00 euros

The goods will be delivered by a freight forwarder on the 2nd working day after ordering (provided that the article can be delivered immediately). Anyone who orders on Monday will be delivered on Wednesday. Orders placed on Fridays and over the weekend will be delivered the following Tuesday. The payment methods prepayment and cash on delivery and island delivery are excluded here. Islands are also excluded. There is no telephone appointment. The delivery takes place between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. "free curb".

Desired day delivery 39.00 euros

The goods will be delivered by a freight forwarder on the previously selected working day after the order has been placed (provided articles can be delivered immediately). The payment methods prepayment and cash on delivery and island delivery are excluded here. There is no telephone appointment. The delivery takes place between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. "free curb".

Delivery of the furniture

When the goods are delivered "free to the curb", the goods are only unloaded from the vehicle, but not carried further into the garden or into the apartment. The delivery takes place up to the curb or sidewalk of the delivery address specified in the purchase contract. In most cases, it is advisable to ask a second person for help with furniture acceptance, since the boxes are quite large depending on the model.

Goods receiving

If you insist on a visual inspection and check your goods for completeness, have the number of packages confirmed by the driver. If you have received the shipment damaged or the cartons are damaged, let the driver note this on the delivery note. Then contact us immediately. Transport damage must be reported to us within 5 working days after acceptance of the goods in writing or by email with pictures (service@living-zone.de). Please keep the original packaging until you are sure that you are keeping the furniture or any complaints have been settled. The shipping company may not transport unpackaged goods. The customer must provide replacement packaging himself.

IMPORTANT!  If you "purely acknowledge" the delivery note to the driver with your signature (without noting any visible damage to the packaging), no claims can be made against the insurance company. Here you as the customer are required to help with the goods receipt.

Please check on delivery whether the goods have any transport damage on the outside. In the event of visible damage, take pictures of the packaging and the delivery note. If you are unsure, note the damage on the delivery note, the acceptance can be accepted "subject to reservation". You can also call us in the presence of the driver and we will advise you.

Payment:

Prepayment by bank transfer

If you choose the payment method prepayment, we grant you a 3% payment method discount on the gross value of the order. The discount is automatically deducted when the purchase is completed and the transfer is made directly to the casantis GmbH account. Depending on availability, the goods are dispatched promptly after receipt of payment on the account of casantis GmbH.

Klarna

In cooperation with  Klarna Bank AB (publ) , Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna:

  • Invoice: The payment period is 14 days from the dispatch of the goods / ticket / or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service. The full billing terms for the countries where this payment method is available can be found here: Germany , Finland ,  Netherlands ,  Norway , Austria , Sweden .

  • Installment purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase in fixed or flexible monthly installments at the conditions specified in the checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of the month after Klarna sends a monthly invoice. You can find more information about the installment purchase including the general terms and conditions and the standard European consumer credit information for the countries where this payment method is available here (only available in the specified countries):  Denmark ,  Germany ,  Finland , Norway , Austria .

  • Sofortüberweisung: Available in Germany, Austria and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.

  • Direct Debit: Available in Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden and Austria. The debit is made after the goods have been dispatched. You will be informed of the time by email.

The use of the payment methods invoice, hire purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna as part of the initiation of the purchase and the execution of the purchase contract for the purpose of address and credit check. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check. Further information and Klarna's terms of use can be found  here . General information on Klarna is available  here . Your personal information will be  treated by Klarna in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and in accordance with the information in  Klarna's data protection regulations .

Paypal account

Payments made via PayPal are immediately credited to the payee. Depending on availability, the goods can be sent promptly after receipt of payment.

Credit card

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Maestro International credit cards. The debit is immediate, the goods can be shipped promptly, depending on availability. Payment is processed via PayPal. A customer account is not required here.

Hire purchase

Payment in installments is available in Germany from EUR 99 to a maximum of EUR 5,000 and must be requested directly in the online shop. Payment processing takes place via the payment service provider PayPal.

Instant bank transfer

All you need for payment via Sofortüberweisung via Klarna GmbH is an online bank account with a PIN / TAN function. You will be forwarded to Sofortüberweisung after your order and you will be provided with a secure payment form from your online bank account. Payment is transferred immediately and, depending on availability, your goods will then be sent promptly. 

Pay Direct

paydirekt is the online payment method that the German banks and savings banks have developed together. It creates the direct connection between retailer and customer with the aim of making online shopping easy, safe and direct. No accounts outside your bank or savings bank, no long bookings. Thanks to direct payment confirmation for the retailer, the shipment of the purchase can start immediately. It is necessary to register in advance and activate this payment method at your bank.

payment by surname

The amount will be handed over directly to the carrier in cash upon delivery. The fee for cash on delivery is 2% of the value of the goods. This payment method is only available in Germany.

iZettle

Payment by EC or credit card directly on site is possible via iZettle. You will receive the payment receipt via SMS and / or email, as required, and the payment will be credited to the payee immediately. The goods will then be sent promptly, depending on availability.
